Description: | Its secret lies in dual 5-1/4 by 7-1/2-inch (135 x 191mm) bass units, specially created for the slim VR line. They offer a large cone surface, for strong bass, yet can be mounted in an enclosure that's just 6-3/4 inches high. Rear-mounted vents reinforce low-end response. This three-way marvel also features our new 3 1/2-inch (89mm) midrange driver vertically aligned with the acclaimed VR tweeter. The alignment of the tweeter and midrange overcomes the dispersion problems inherent in conventional center channel speakers, spreading sound uniformly throughout the listening area for incredibly real dialogue and on-screen sound effects. The VR920 is suited for televisions measuring 32 inches and larger and features end caps shaped and finished to match our Lynnfield VR Series of floorstanding speakers. |
