Description: | It is a three-way floorstanding model. Inside is a powered 125-watt sub with a side-firing 10-inch (250mm) Deep Channel Design (DCD) bass unit and a passive 12-inch (305mm) radiator for the deep, explosive bass effects. (Great for those who can't bear to give up an inch of precious floor space to a separate subwoofer.) Moving up the sonic scale, two 4-1/2-inch (115mm) midranges and a 1-inch (25mm) aluminum VR tweeter with AMD, acclaimed for its articulate and natural highs. The VR975 features a line-level subwoofer input for Dolby® Digital, our exclusive BassTrac® for distortion-free bass at any listening level, a heavily braced, resonance-free cabinet, and a sonically invisible cloth "sock grille". |
