Description: | The Nautilus SCM1 is designed for on-wall mounting and features a shallow cabinet to minimise intrusion into the room. Finding room for 5 speakers in a home cinema installation can be a difficult domestic problem. The shallow profile of the Nautilus SCM1 was originally conceived to reduce the intrusion of the speaker into the room when used in surround applications; but the speaker can be used wherever a shallow profile is beneficial and magnetic shielding is not required, for example as a left- centre-right speaker with a plasma screen. It is supplied with a custom wall bracket that allows the speaker to be angled in the horizontal plane. Technically based on the Nautilus 805, it is rebalanced to complement on-wall mounting. |
