Panasonic DVD-P10
I bought mine in HongKong for around 3250 HKD rather cheap.
Unfortunately changing the region codes is a luck thing. And it likes to skip while playing certain DVD's from China.
Otherwise it's a good player.

Panasonic DVD-P10
I have the Panasonic A300 already and decided to get this portable because I found it at a great deal ($470). It was an impulse buy, and I've got to say I kind of regret it. For some reason, the P10 creates this wierd "shadow effect" behind quick-moving parts of the several DVDs I've tried with it. I am not sure if I am adjusting something wrong, but that is part of the problem: I find the on-screen menus non-intuitive and somewhat hard to figure out. Also, I find the top-loading "lid" to be of very poor build quality, and it seems like something that would break off really easily. In addition,, you need to push much harder than you would expect to to get a DVD into the spindle, and it is even harder to pull it off the spindle when done. I feel like I might either warp the disc or break the spindle when I push/pull so hard. Finally, the lack of a battery or even a car lighter adapter makes this unit pretty much useless anywhere other than the home... in other words, I see no advantage to this versus a full size player, and several definite disadvantages.
