Seems to be a problem w/prologic --- unit sends loud, transit digital signals through speakers without warning. Clearly a defective unit.

I too experiencing the clicking...however I don't find it annoying at all. What I love is the versatility and very classic styling that this unit offers. Hook it up to an external amp (recommend the PA5800) and get a decent universal home theater remote and you're not looking at an upgrade for a very long time. Lots of inputs and very easy to setup and use.

I hear the clicking with volume changes also. This was a replacement for my AVR 45 that blew up. They were prompt in replacing it for free after almost 2 years of use! Needs more power in surround modes. I like the multi room capability. Patching video through is pretty smooth considering the AVR 45 used to "blink" under stress. I like the styling and ease of use. The remote is cool too.

Needs more power when operating in multi-channel mode.

Power is adequate in stereo mode.

Adjusting the volume control causes annoying click in the speakers. I'm not sure if this is intended or not.

Dolby Digital and DTS decoding is excellent.

Each digial input can be assigned to any channel (CD, DVD, Video1, Video2, etc.)
