I have never heard a better speaker midrange no matter what the cost. I cant believe that they sell these speakers for this low of a price. they are absolutely the best sounding and best looking speaker if you like laquer finishes. This speaker is no doubt about it 10.

NHT SuperTwo
I just bought a pair of NHT Supertwo's and I am impressed with the deep bass sound during movies. A low rumble when a spaceship crashes or a loud shatter when glass breaks. The image matching is great and I am sure that I will enjoy these speakers for many years. I gave the speakers a rating of 9 because they only come in one color. I would prefer a wood grain look over the black finish.

NHT SuperTwo
I use the SuperTwo's with the tubed amp Assemblage ST-40, Kimber cables, and CAL DAC. This system setup makes me very happy even w/o a subwoofer. Clarity,
tight bass, sweet midrange, extended highs are the most obvious attributes of the [affordable] system.

These things are top-notty. After an exhaustive audition of 6 speakers, I chose the Super Twos . For the price, these things sound fantastic. And the downfiring wolfers definitely add sound dimension.
