For the price it's probably the best receiver out. I bought a Kenwood and a Yamaha with the same features in the same price range and returned them because they were no good. Its S-Video inputs and outputs are very handy. The only thing it was lacking was component inputs and outputs, but you can't find those in a receiver at this price range. I have found the sound to be top quality and it has the power and clarity to push my Bose speaker system to the brink of excellence. The only thing I don't like about it is the bright blue light that comes on when the decoder turns on. A small light would have done the job quite nicely. -joe_smith36@yahoo.com

I'm really happy in my av center, excelent with movies and very nice sound for the money, it will be hard to get a better choice in is classe. Easy to set up, and to deal with. With DD decoding and matching speakers (B&W 602 S2 front, CC6 S2 center, mirage fx8 subwoofer and two old techics rear), it can be really give me lots of pleasure. Very competitive for the money.
