Weak website. His products are very cheap. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. Mass produced optics in the same price ranges are superior.

Gary is first rate, very fast, dependable and i ordered one eyepiece and received it in less than 1 week. His prices are very reasonable, low and are very good quality equipment like his eyepieces. You can save at least 50% on his eyepieces compared to those heavy expensive naglers, panoptics etc.., telescope8@hotmail.com

Gary sold me one telescope and delivered another worth about $150 less and wouldn't let me return it. He sent a pair of inexpensive ($30) binoculars as an attempt at a peace offering.

I bought the 19mm 2" and then the 14mm 2" and I tell you I am very impressed with the quality of the optics and the barrel. The eye relief is very generous, the fold down rubber eyecup is great, the coatings are superb and the over all feel and design is fantastic. The images and resolution is excellent. I cannot detect an degradation in the image quality while viewing my favorite object, planetary nebula. Viewing the planets is outstanding. When Jupiter or Saturn are at the edge of the field of view, I cannot see any shift in the image; sharp and clean right to the edge.

For the price, this eyepiece cannot be beat. I will certinly buy more in the future...You should too!

Gary was very friendly and helpful when I was buying a binoviewer from him, and the product is excellent. Not being able to use VISA was a hassle, since I had to wait until he received a money order by mail. The binoviewer was packed extremely well, but arrived with an essential part missing, so that I had to wait another couple of weeks until the part arrived before I could use it.

Garys eyepieces are great. I own the 11mm and now the 19mm, 2inchers.The 19mm is especially sharp, the views of Jupiter and Saturn have the contrast of what I would expect out of a good expensive plossel. Considering the cost of brand name 2 inch eyepieces these are a bargain. Gary responds to emails and ships on time. No complaints.

Gary's eyepieces are exceptionally well made. He uses a very dark grey industrial plastic called Delrin that is super strong, lightweight and beautifully machined. Unlike some other "home-made" eyepieces, the optics in Gary's eyepieces are solidly and precisely mounted. (I have used only the 2" versions). The optical performance is surprisingly good. Value is superb.

Gary is easy to do business with and is a "straight shooter" I personally think his eyepieces will be collector's items someday...they are that nice.
