Live in SouthAmerica, ask for the Uranometria (Southern Volume) paid for it by card and received (unfortunatelly) the Northern one, which is useless to me.
Mail them: no problem (they said) we´ll send you the proper one for free and keep the Northern one!!

I received it yesterday. Excellent, and excellent service!!!

I have been dealing with Willman-Bell for over 16 years, and there are no equals to them in the astronomy book business, they offer a superb selection, excellent pricing, and lightning fast shipments. Their shipping costs are the best in the industry, a bare bones minimum is charged. Customer service is excellent! I have always wished that other things I buy in life are as a pleasure to purchase as my Willman-Bell orders!

After deciding to order the books "How To Make A Telescope" and "The Dobsonian Telescope" I placed my order with amazon.com and was told I would recieve them within one to two weeks. Nine weeks and several excuses later I cancelled my order at Amazon and ordered directly from Willman-Bell, four days later both books were on my doorstep. And to top it all off Willman-bell was 4 dollars cheaper than Amazon. They have become my top source for astronomy books.

I needed some cerium oxide (spilled my last batch) pronto for a mirror that needed to be figured to complete a scope project. WB got it to me cross country to a P.O. Box address in 2 days. They've got high quality ATM supplies and don't mind filling small orders.
