My friends and I here in Oklahoma have done business with Meichsner in Boston for years. They have never wavered from straight forward honesty and outstanding service. The few times service help has been needed, they resolve the issue immediately. Always satisfactorily.

Bought a used Pronto from them for a very reasonable price. The scope was better than advertised and arrived well packed and on time. The gentleman who served me knew his product and offered good advice without making a "pitch", which I appreciated.

About ten excellent transactions over last ten years, some in person and some by phone. Most recent was order for TV85 scope which was in stock, and arrived in perfect condition four days later as estimated. Could not ask for more. Small shop in downtown Boston with staff of 3 or 4. Harry Chase runs the place and is a really good guy, and always goes over the top to make sure every deal is OK and customer is happy. Very professional and courteous.

Meichsner shut down some time in late July. Sadly they are no longer in business, looks like their stock went back to the vendors.
