The Service SUCKS BIG TIME, I ordered 10 copies of T2 movies and never received them and it has been almost 02 months from now.

My first order took a few extra days, but my second order can in three days. Looks like they are making improvements.

It took them a few days to deliver, but the service was good and the price was nice. I also enjoyed their Homepage set up

Prices were good - they matched - but it took over a month to ship one backordered item, and they were really slow to respond by email.

Never answer Email. Took over 2 weeks to get the order. Only got 1 of 2 titles ordered, with no further information on the 2nd title. Neither of them were listed as being on backorder.

Over ten days since a DVD ordered and still nothing. No way to contact them, other than fax or E-mail to check on status. No response to inquiries.

in a time when customer service basically sucks, mega dvd gives hope...theie response time to questions asked,and their prices are pretty hard to beat
