I paid money order only and they were fast to ask for their money order and fast to send me my stuff, fine with me, for me they are ok, no problem.

I've only made a single purchase from Telescopes.com, so my experience may not be typical. Their price on some good eyepieces was the best I was able to locate. After purchasing them and awaiting delivery for a couple of weeks, a "gentle reminder" was necessary to nudge them into actually sending them. But they did arrive in good shape.
