EZTelescope
I would watch out when I order from this company.
I told them I did not want the item if it could not ship on time.
I was told it would ship that week. Well it has been almost four weeks and still no item. They were quick to bill my credit
card though.It took 5 emails to get any kind of responce from
them.Yet I still wait.This is not a customer friendly company.
They have some really nice products but if they continue to
treat people as they did me the word will get out and they will
not be around if that happens. I hope the service improves,
heck I don't think it can get much worse.
Overall I'd say they have nice products to offer but
have a nothing in the way of costomer service. Buyer
be ware.

Great products but after ordering. I placed an order and nothing for over a month I e-mailed them. After another coupe of weeks they e-mailed me and indicated the parts would be coming. It was a month later before anything was received.

Be Very Careful! I ordered and was charged for one of their focuser assemblies day before Thanksgiving. Two months later I'm still waiting for it (bad enough) and they have not even seen fit to respond to three e-mails and three voicemails(completely unacceptable). I would caution everyone to be very wary about doing business with this company.
