Netflix advertises that "Netflix: Rent as many DVDs as you want for $20 a month. No late fees". This is just a scam and do not fall into this. I live near Netflix warehouse. I get the movies the very next day when they ship it. It had received 10 movies in 12 days during the trail period. I had my account for 3 month. Last month I got 10 movies in 30 days. When I asked them about the delays the tried to put the blame on USPS. USPS did not make any delay during the trial period and now after 2 months they are making delays!!! I always get my mails on time. It's only the Netflix that does not come on time. When I confronted the Netflix, here is what their customer service said "Please note our records indicate that during your last 3 months of
service your average cost per DVD rental has been $1.37. This is an
average of 12 DVD rental shipments per billing cycle at $13.95 per
month.". I don't care about the average rental price. They say on their web site "When you're done watching a movie, simply put it back in its prepaid mailer and drop it in any mailbox. As soon as we receive it, we'll send the next movie on your list.". Please do not get impressed during the trial period. Their customer service sucks and they make intentional delays when the trial period is over.
