Macross: Do You Remember Love?

A great film which is essentially just a summary of the first Macross series. I'm not familiar with the series outside of its Robotech incarnation, but judging from that, this is a great sort of look at what we missed in Robotech.

The animation, while good, isn't terribly impressive by today's standards (it was made in 1984) - the only problem is that the dub version of this film is the most commonly found one. I'm not anti-dub at all, but this one is atrocious.

It was dubbed by Asians and was intended as use as a way for Asian children to learn English. The problem lies with heavy Asian accents and generally poor voice acting. If you can find a fansubbed version, get it, though.
