You are ridicule, blaming on America and on AnimeNation because of the canadian customs law. Think about it. >DO NOT ORDER FROM ANIMENATION. > >I live in Canada & I ordered DVD's from Animenation which got seized at customs. They do not take any responsibility for not knowing the custom laws of other countries and do not offer to pay for UPS to ship them back so you can get your money back. So, to get them sent back you have to have the parcel bonded so you end up paying over $50 in shipping to get nothing. I talked to 2 different people and they both said that they know that 1 in 10 get seized by customs, so they openly admit that they know some items will not get through but they send them anyways to make a quick buck with all the liability on the customer. They told me they could try and send them again, but isn't that conspiring to help me break my own country's laws? They now know that those items are not allowed into Canada, yet they are willing to send them again. It's not right. It's called ethics. They could hire one extra person to research custom laws and maybe help out their customers, but instead they're too cheap and screw over their customers. I will never buy anything from them again, and it's shady business practices like this that give American companies and the American people a bad name. Think about it!!!!!!! > >Terra Thomsen
